This is by far one of my favorite business-related quotes and something I absolutely subscribe to – cheers Richard.
The guys at OX Seven have been trained well enough to be doing a fantastic job so far, and as a result, are making names for themselves in the industry. They are now getting regular approaches by other hiring managers, rec2recs and recruiters.
For me, I take huge pride in that and they should feel proud of themselves that their hard work and dedication is getting recognised outside of the OX Seven office.
I strive to create an environment that they do not want to leave, but if there is ever a better opportunity out there, who am I to deny them of it?
