We sit at our desks looking at recruitment agency websites/socials, and 99% of the time thinking “How can you get this so wrong?”.
We put it down to 3 things:
- Not bothered – doesn’t generate direct revenue, so who cares.
- Don’t know where to start – fair enough, not many people do.
- Did this when we set up the company 18 years ago – not that much has changed has it?
There is way more to employer branding than just a nice page on a website patting yourself on the back for offering benefits like 20 days holiday and a pension scheme. It’s about making attracting, hiring and retaining way more sustainable.
