Recruitment Consultant – Any Sector – London – 20% commission and flexible base

My client in London are looking for 360 Recruiters, from any sector to join them in expanding their team.

You’ll be left to your own devices here, no micromanagement – just treated like and adult and allowed to recruit in your own style.

They are looking for people who are experienced in Business Development, know their market and know they’ll bill x4 of their base salary.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a flexible base salary, depending on your experience, with a comms scheme of up to 20%. The office is based near Borough Market, so its important that this is a commutable distance for you. There are opportunities for remote working, as long as targets are being met too.
