Recruitment Consultant – Governance/Private Practice– Hybrid – £35k – £45k base – £110k+ OTE
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to work for our award winning client, based in central London.
Despite the subject matter they specialise in, It’s a non stuffy, non egotistical, intelligent search firm.
They lead with a modern, data-driven approach that combines top-quality search methodology, with innovative and efficient lines of work. You’re coming into a well-oiled machine.
You’ll be someone who enjoys being in a business on a extraordinary growth trajectory, consistently increasing revenue and smashing company records regularly. They have recently merged with another company, which has added an exciting new service line – which you are able to cross sell.
We’re looking for someone who really values growth potential as there is a clear path to leadership and director-level positions as the business continues to scale and grow.
You will need to have a good 3 year billing record, demonstrating you can comfortable bill 4x your base salary. We’re not expecting you to be the finished article – the team here are experts at taking good people and making them great.
The office is based in central London (walking distance from Moorgate) and you will work on a 3/2 split (WFH every Friday).
From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £45k, with a very generous comms scheme which equates to a minimum of 33% of everything you bill.
