180 Delivery Consultant – Construction (Contract Desk)

Here’s one for all the delivery consultants out there.

We’re working with a contract recruitment company in the construction sector, who have some major clients on their books. They are looking for a 180 delivery consultant to concentrate on the candidate side of the business.

In an ideal world, you’ll come from a construction recruitment background, and really understand the importance and urgency of the speed required in contract recruitment.

If you don’t have experience with the above, it is not the end of the world and would still be worth throwing your hat in the ring, especially if you come from a fast-paced environment, like brokerage  or customer service and you’re used to be on the phones!

You’ll be responsible for finding, sourcing and placing candidates; in some cases with very short turnaround times of under 24 hours.

You’ll receive great training here, and have direct access to the owner of the business, who has been there and done it, working his way up from a graduate recruiter, to now owning his own agency.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of up to £30,000, have an uncapped commission scheme and work from the offices in Kings Hill, so being within a commutable distance of the office is important for this one.
