I’m looking to speak with 360 Recruitment Consultants for my client in the architecture sector.

You’ll have 2+ years experience in 360 recruitment, in any sector. But if you come from an architecture recruitment background, my client would definitely want to speak with you!

As this is a 360 role, you’ll need to have experience with business development, winning clients and placing with these clients too.

You’ll be someone who wants to learn and is coachable; this is really important as you’ll be working really closely with the owner of the business here; who loves developing people and seeing them flourish.

The average fees here are over £10k, so there’s great earning potential as well as a really clear progression plan.

From a financial perspective, you’ll get a base of up to £35k, with a comms scheme of 20%, as well and bonus payments for every £10k billed in a month. The offices are in Bishop’s Stortford, so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance, as this role is mainly office based.

If you come from an architecture recruitment background, and you can get to London once a week, then this would work and be more on the remote side of a hybrid role.
