With offices in West Sussex and Northamptonshire, my award-winning client acts as both a principal lender and a credit broker offering a huge number of lenders to place business into. They provide asset finance and banking facilities to all types of businesses from start-ups and franchises to established corporations, including private and public limited companies.
As an experienced Commercial Finance Broker, you will bring a can-do attitude and an ability to find and retain new customers through outbound calls, networking and utilising your existing network. With an unrivalled commission structure, this role represents a very real opportunity to drastically increase your earnings. My client is looking for brokers that operate in a variety of different areas, but if you have a specialism there is still a golden opportunity here.
Ideally, you will have been working in a similar corporate/commercial broker role for a minimum of 12 months, but ideally 2 years. You will possess excellent verbal and writing communication skills, be able to work on your own effectively, but also liaise with the wider team to drive the growth of the business and further increase their market share.
From a salary perspective, my client is offering a basic salary of £24,000 coupled with a sliding commission scale based on levels of written business. OTE is £100k for year 1 and over £150k for year 2. However, these figures are based on a standing start. Actual earnings could be far higher, so I’d encourage a conversation to discuss further. If you have over 2 years’ worth of experience, there could be an option to work remotely.
