We are working with a global leader in AI-driven intelligence solutions, providing cutting-edge platforms to governments, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions. Operating across 17 countries and collaborating with 65 agencies, their solutions power thousands of analysts worldwide, delivering real-time intelligence that enhances security and saves lives.
About you:
As VP of Global Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the clients global expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a remote, high-performing sales team, manage €5M-€7M annual targets, and oversee a €20M deal flow.
This role demands both a hunter mentality and strong leadership skills to motivate, mentor, and scale the team. With a 50/50 focus on new business and team management, you will identify and close high-value opportunities while ensuring operational excellence.
What you will actually do:
Drive global sales of cyber intelligence software to law enforcement agencies
Build and leverage existing relationships with key decision-makers across LATAM, APAC, or EMEA
Manage a remote sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
Develop and execute a strategic sales vision to penetrate new markets
Travel up to 50% internationally to meet clients and secure high-value deals
Work closely with leadership to expand market presence
What I will look for:
Proven experience selling cyber intelligence solutions to law enforcement
Strong existing client base and connections with decision-makers in at least two key regions (LATAM & APAC, or EMEA & APAC, etc.)
Ability to manage large deal flows (€20M+) and hit €5M-€7M annual targets
Hunter sales mentality with strategic leadership experience
Experience leading and managing remote sales teams
Time zone compatibility (within ±2 hours of Cyprus)
