Are you a communications professional that thrives on working in markets that are going through seismic shifts?

We are looking for an Account Manager to join an agency that is a PR week top 150 agency that has thrived in the last 24 months! They work predominantly on a retained basis with companies in the sustainability, clean-tech, and marine industries.

From your time in communications, you have developed top-class organizational skills which means you can manage your client accounts, junior team members and support communication campaigns delivery – with a dash of your own creativity.

You have worked in B2B PR before, so having a long-term, strategic mindset when managing your accounts is hugely important. Here, the majority of work is on a retained, ongoing basis, so you’re not constantly flitting from project to project – you are making meaningful solutions for your client.

This role will involve the production of a variety of short-form and long-form content, so being comfortable writing a 1500-word article on a complex and engaging subject, should excite you, not daunt you.

You can manage multiple clients of different sizes and scope (around 6 to begin with), knowing where you need to prioritize your time.

There is a huge emphasis on facilitating your personal development here, with the majority of senior appointments coming from promotions internally. This is a meritocracy, where you can really accelerate your career if you are good at what you do

You’ll start on a salary of £30,000 – £37,000, plus a fantastic benefits package which includes financial bonuses. The modern offices located in Oxford, London and leeds, all with great transport links. They spend a minimum of 8 days in the office a month but constantly consult with colleagues to get a balance that works.
