Accounts Service Line Manager
Salary: £48,000 - £58,000
Job posted: 29/07/2020
Being in control doesn’t make you a control freak.
You’re more than comfortable having a high level of autonomy, whilst simultaneously having the respect and support of a target driven team.
You’ll also be used to a lot of variety in your role and you don’t shy away from new, unfamiliar challenges.
Delivering change and staff development are disciplines you thrive in, with the express purpose of achieving the best possible outcomes.
What about the specific requirements?
Well, you’ll be an experienced qualified accountant with proven leadership skills. You will have managed your own client portfolio and be competent in all areas of general practice.
You will be working closely with Directors, Partners and other Service Line Managers at a strategic level, so you won’t be a shrinking violet. You’ll be able to communicate ideas for change and reports with confidence and clarity.
So, what’s in it for you?
Well, the salary is on at £48,000 to £58,000 for a start. You will get a good amount of ‘you’ time with the 24 holiday days on top of your 8 bank holidays and a 37.5 hour week to make sure you’re home on time to enjoy your evenings. A stunning office in the centre of the City, just a stones throw away from the train station, a travel season ticket loan scheme, a time off in lieu scheme and study support – what more could you want?
Let’s have a chat about this one. You can call (my number is on the OX Seven website), add me on LinkedIn – Adam Williams, or you can send over a CV to email@example.com if you have one to hand. We understand not everyone does, so we can talk either way.
Every applicant will receive a response.
