We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a boutique wellness brand in Shoreditch, the trendiest area in London.

Full of young creatives and hipsters (beard and tattoos are optional but seriously there are a loads of them.) Shoreditch is uber trendy and fast paced, with endless super cool bars, cafes, vintage and designer shops. It really is a feast for the senses.

Our talent partner aims to provide an experience unlike any other which brings immediate and long terms benefits for your mind, body and lifestyle.

The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in wellness, maybe into meditation, fitness or known to practise a few downward dogs now and again.

There are no specific qualifications or experience needed but must have held some sort of supervisory or team leader position in a past life. Business acumen in sales, operations would be helpful. But top of the list is people skills. Great customer service with clients and your team is essential.

This is a quality product and we need a quality candidate. Your GM is also a DJ, how cool is that?

The studio is open 7 days a week so some weekend working is required plus some early mornings and a few late nights.

You will be supporting the General Manager with the operations of the studio and your key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing
  • Team meetings
  • Sales
  • Operations
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Front of house
  • Inspiring and motivating your team members

Your earning will be £25,000 should you be able to deliver your KPIs.
