What is worse than a pushy salesperson?

A few things, but that’s up there.

You might not have a huge amount of sales experience (you’ll need to have some, though) or maybe you do and you’re wanting to move somewhere without the hard approach.

Here you’ll be doing nothing different to what you’re used to. Sales is sales. But you’ll be encouraged to do it ‘the right way’. Selling is an art. The art of being persuasive without being too much is hard to perfect, but you’ll know how to build trust and make it work.

Since you’ll oversee the generation of new business, pursuing leads and managing the existing accounts, it’s natural that you’ll be confident and a great talker. If you’re not? Sales probably isn’t the one, but you’ll know that already.

It’s not a hard sell. You won’t be trying to pedal broken microwaves through endless lists of cold leads. That’s no fun for anyone. This is a tailored approach and an industry recognised event.

The full sale cycle isn’t for everyone, but the satisfaction of seeing something through from lead to closed sale is why you do it. Maybe you have a certain way of doing things and that’s how you see your best results, you’ll be able to do that here and experiment with your ways. Nothing is stagnant and there’s no point doing something which isn’t working, right?

Knowing you’ve done all that leg work and reaped the rewards? Best feeling.

You’ll get £24,000 plus your OTE. Realistically, first year you’re looking around £7,000 to £12,000. The usual holiday and pension stuff, plus health insurance, gym membership and an interest free travel loan for when you’re looking to get away.
