As a salesperson, you are sometimes shackled by the quality of the product you sell. When you are an elite-level salesperson, and you work with a marketing leading product – you can do some incredible things.

In this case, the product is so good that they offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied. No one has ever triggered this. That speaks volumes.

In this brand-new Business Development position, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave representing an innovative portfolio of Talent Assessment and Psychometric Testing solutions aimed at HR Departments in the UK Corporate marketplace.

The sales cycle is typically 3 to 9 months and targeting senior HR professionals. You don’t need to have sold talent assessment or psychometric testing solutions in order to do this role, but you need how to communicate and appeal to senior HR professionals. You will understand their pain points and offer a consultative-based solution.

We’re not looking for an aggressive ‘hard seller’, we’re looking for someone who can sit in front of (virtually or IRL) a client and listen to their pain points, ask probing questions can finesse a deal over the line by providing the compelling solution.

These may seem like some obvious qualities, but you will be resilient, determined, polished, and professional. You will have the ability to build long-term relationships with clients of all industries, sizes, and locations.

From a package perspective, you are looking at a basic salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 depending on your experience. You have an uncapped commission scheme as well as some really nice other benefits. The client is operating a hybrid work approach, so as long as you can access their office in Henley-on-Thames 2 or 3 times a week you can potentially be based anywhere.
