Contract type Full time

If you have a passion for sales and business development, specialising in the HVAC or renewables sector, this could be the role you’ve been looking for to take your career to the next level.

An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven individual to join my client as a Business Development Manager, specialising in commercial heat pumps. With over 19 years of expertise in the design and build of offsite, prefabricated MEP solutions, my client has developed a strong and growing client base throughout the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. The company has doubled in size in the past 12 months and is predicted to do the same in the coming 12-18 months, so this is a great chance to get on-board.

You will be responsible for driving sales of commercial heat pumps across a variety of sectors whilst exploring new opportunities and targeting new, potentially lucrative areas. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships and closing sales to drive revenue and the push for growth.

Ideally, you will have a track record of success in sales centred around the HVAC and renewables sectors, with strong technical knowledge of heat pumps and other related technologies. You’ll possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation with a passion for providing a consultative sales experience.

The package for this role is negotiable and will be more than competitive for the right candidate. Benefits include 30 days holiday, company pension, life assurance and organised social events to name a few. This is an office-based position, with client visits and travel required.; Mon – Thur 08:00am –17:00pm, Fri 08:00am – 15:00pm.

We appreciate this is only a snapshot of the role, so if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Richard Lambert on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply. We love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.

Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
