When dreaming of brands you want to work with, what comes into your head first?
Household names? Somewhere with a bit of gravitas? Both, and something your friends would be impressed with, probably.
Here, you’ll take charge of one of the most luxurious automotive brands in the World.
And so when you’re joining forces with (and if not the) the biggest name in the automotive industry and the biggest client account for the business, it’s important that you’re fully immersed in it and have solid experience already within the industry.
Getting to work on the more glamorous side of prototypes, new vehicle launches, large scale chauffeuring programmes and events, it’s only natural that you’ll get more out when you’re fully invested in what you do.
Because these guys are full-on, you’re going to really be prepared to give it your all. But, it’s just as important that you can delegate. Handling that workload doesn’t need to be all on you though. Delegating and not putting too much pressure on yourself is massive. You have a very talented team to utilise, so you should make the most of them.
Sometimes the client will want you to pull off fast and exciting, sometimes you have to go stripped back and peaceful. You’ll develop the relationship, act as a senior representative and deliver your projects in time and on budget.
You’ll be in close collaboration with the founder and international office, but you’re going to be a senior point of contact for the day to day management of the UK business. Having such senior responsibilities also means you’re accountable for the financials. So, knowing the ins and outs of budget management is crucial.
You’ll be on around £55,000 – £60,000 plus bonus. 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays and healthcare, too.
I’d love to talk to you about this one. If you haven’t got an up to date CV, don’t worry, you can just send me what you do have (email@example.com) or get in touch another way – I know not everyone has one to hand. My number is on our site, along with LinkedIn details to connect (Will Grashoff).
