HR Client Partner
I am working with people and change experts who have developed a real niche in organisational change projects with their clients. We are looking for a HR Client Partner to join them!
You’re going to be coming in at a great time for the business, they have an expansive and diverse client base and want you to help them expand this!
You will be reporting to a vastly experienced and accomplished Strategic Account Director and working alongside a settled and dedicated team you can learn huge amounts from. Your job is to convert new and existing accounts into strategic partnerships and generate revenue for the solutions you provide.
It’s likely that in your current or previous jobs you have been a consultative seller, working with HRD’s/CEO’s/Leaders on their business pain points and providing solutions for them. You’ll be naturally inquisitive and have the confidence to challenge and probe senior business leaders.
You’re also going to need a high EQ, as quite often the situations these businesses find themselves in could be described as ‘distressed’ or not business as usual – so someone who listens and understands is greatly valued.
From a salary perspective, you are looking at up to £40,000 depending on your experience, with the ability to earn north of £60,000 if you hit your targets (which the team regularly does). You will also benefit from a whole raft of other benefits beyond that!
The head office is based in South Oxfordshire, but the company has adopted a hybrid approach and very much use this as a hub now, so potentially you could be based anywhere around the UK (but have the ability to travel to Oxfordshire once a week).
