Let’s face it collections and credit control aren’t easy and you know that, but you’ve got the skills to deal with a whole range of scenarios.  Building rapport over the phone will be second nature to you.

What about complaints though?  Not a problem either as you will have the charm to resolve even the most extreme of grievances.

You’ll rarely have quiet periods in your day to day.  You’ll be a modern-day shop keeper who knows the ins and outs of the business like the back of your hand.  You’ll also be able to turn that same hand to a variety of tasks at the drop of hat.

Teamwork is a phrase that gets banded about willy-nilly, but it is a key attribute here.  You’ll need to play to win as a team in a fast, flexible and friendly environment.

So, you’ve heard about the requirements, but what do you get?

Well, the basic salary is on at £20,000 to £23,000 for a start.  There is an annual bonus of up to 10% based on company values.  Interested in progression?
