Community Engagement Executive
What makes sales easier? Being really, really good at selling things? Sure. But, also, having a product that is genuinely helpful to who you’re selling to.
I am on the lookout for a community engagement executive to join our client who works all over the UK. You will get involved with the community having face-to-face conversations with individuals and groups to alleviate any potential problems for customers.
You’re going to be someone who is very proud of their strong customer service skills so you can showcase the great advantages of the product and encourage a sense of excitement across the community. It’s not a hard sell situation here, it’s very much consultative!
You will be the go-to person as you become a visible presence within the community, from talking with people in their homes, running meetings, being seen at events within the area and being the person with all the answers (well, nearly all – you have the support of a great back end team for technical queries).
With more and more people working from home, having a fast internet connection is no longer a luxury but a necessity, so being able to provide this in rural areas where loading speeds seem to take roughly 600 years is a solution a lot of people are crying out for!
It goes without saying you will need to be a people person who forms relationships quickly. You will need a UK driving license as this is a field-based role. You will be used to using your own initiative and planning your own diary. If you have previous experience using a CRM such as salesforce or Zoho that is massively beneficial, but not overly essential.
We are currently looking for people in Carlisle, Aylesbury, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, so if you live here please do get in touch.
Salary-wise you will be looking at £25K with great OTE potential on top of this, up to 30% of your base! You will also have a company car as well, to travel!
If you are interested or want to know more, call me, send me a message, DM or e-mail – whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants.
We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
