You’re a contract tech recruiter, widely regarded as a leading billing manager, that has managed to maintain good billings.

But you’ve hit a ceiling.

My client have proven billers throughout the company, with 45 billing consultants in the company and only 5 of these being below a Senior level.

They’ve bred a culture of success and have huge population of big billers, with multiple £1m billers in the business, as their operational practices are on point and centred around collaboration, which allows everyone to bill and the contract book to grow.

They now have a contract book standing at over £1m a month, as well as a perm division, which did over £1m in Germany alone last year.

They’re looking for an experienced contract recruiter, who has experience in the German tech market and managing people; as you’ll have multiple direct reports here.

This is a 360 role, so you’ll be someone who leads from the front, bills well and has a proven track record of improving people who report into them.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and once a month they are all in the office on a Friday for the team social.

You’ll get a salary of up to £80k and a commission scheme with no thresholds, which pays up to 40%.
