This position sits on the B2C side of the business and has 3 direct reports The B2C side of the business has grown exponentially over the last 12 months – with some fantastic new product developments.
Your team will be resolving complex customer requirements (which can range from logistical through to quality issues) through their Zendesk system. They take huge pride in the quality of the products so matching that with exceptional service is imperative.
We’re looking for someone who can really drive the department forward and continually improve the customer relationships. They do not want you to be answering tickets all day, as want you to add value to other processes as well – so making sure your team are capable and hitting the mark is really important.
There are a few prerequisites for this role; you must have worked with Zendesk before and know your way around it pretty well. It’s an absolute pivotal part to this role, so without that experience it will be very difficult.
You’ll only need to be able to work in the offices based in Banbury once a week, with the other 4 days being from where ever you want!
