Do you love guiding people through a sales process whilst giving a luxurious level of service?
We are looking for a customer service aficionado, who loves being on the phone and thrives on leading by example. The conversations are going to be based on people visiting an amazing hotel and day spa and how you deliver that, sets the tone for the entire experience.
The company believes in treating guests as a friend of the family and to create positive memorable experiences during their stay or visit to their properties, they can only achieve this by hiring people with a positive attitude and passion for the Industry.
As the Guest Sales & Service Supervisor of the central reservations team, you and your team are the first point of contact for our guests. You will lead the team ensuring that they are always passionate about the brand. You will work closely with the properties regarding queries and bespoke offerings whilst ensuring that the team have sales at the forefront of their mine.
You will guide the team to always achieve sales, excellent customer service and ensure that we are always portraying our brand. So you are going to need experience being on the phones and in a similar environment.
It is a brand new office (opens later this month) and will house around 25 colleagues, working on the same team. There is huge scope for progression, as this organisation loves nurturing and developing talent.
You’ll also have a salary of £23,000, with the ability to earn more through bonus (based on revenue generation). You will have access to discounted hotel stays and spa days as well.
