Delivery Consultant

Are you an experienced 180 Delivery Consultant in Tech Recruitment, who’s looking for a change?

I’m working with a recruitment company who are experts in the IT and Managed Services sectors. Covering Infrastructure and Support, Networking and Security, Data and Insights and all things cloud based too.

They are looking for a 180 Delivery Consultant to come in to focus on both the UK and US Tech market. So there will be a need to work some evenings to cover the US hours here.

It goes without saying that you’ll come from a tech recruitment background, have a strong billing record and be able to demonstrate your ability to source fantastic candidates that hit the client brief perfectly.

You’ll be responsible for handling both the client and candidate relationship, from role take on to offers and contracts being signed. So you’ll be a natural at building strong and long lasting relationships, ensuring everyone is fully informed throughout the whole process.

They already have multiple exclusive US clients in place, so you’ll be busy from day one here, giving you a fantastic platform to showcase your abilities and earn some really nice commission too.

From a financial perspective, you can expect a salary of up to £35k, a 15% commission scheme, which increases to 30% once you’ve billed 30k. You’ll be working from the office in Pangbourne, near Reading so its important that this is a commutable distance for you.
