You’ll be a key player in helping install and maintain customised software products for clients in the public sector, primarily the local government.
You’ll be coordinating and performing upgrades, installations and server migrations. As an integral member of the Deployments team, you will ensure exceptional customer service and be enthusiastic about receiving ongoing training and support.
There are certain fundamentals for this position that should really go without saying, but we’ll mention them anyway.
You’ll have previous experience working with a range of technologies such as; MS SQL, MS Server and IIS. It’s also essential that you have knowledge of utilising technical documentation and strong attention to detail.
It would be to your advantage if you have a technical degree or equivalent qualification in a computer-based subject. Additionally, if you have experience across the finance and local government sectors that would be even better.
Furthermore, it would be beneficial if you are familiar with Cloud Technology such as Microsoft Azure, as well as data migration tools and processes.
Enough about the requirements though – what’s in it for you?
You’ll be on £22,000 to £32,000 depending on experience. 25 days holiday (and your bank holidays), plus the option to buy 10 more. Not enough time off? You can take a 4-week sabbatical every 5 years too. Hybrid working model with a mix of office and remote based.
