Looking for your first step in a project management role in the premium end of the construction industry?
We are looking for a project design coordinator to join a small, but high-end property developer who create amazing residential homes, worth millions of pounds. You will perform a wide range of duties as part of your role, so this will suit someone who is very enthusiastic about getting into the high-end property industry and is willing to work very hard!
You are going to have the opportunity to learn from top architects, award-winning designers, seasoned project managers on high end multi-million-pound projects.
It’s going to be an extremely busy role which will see you shadowing senior stakeholders to assist the smooth running of the residential building projects.
Having an interest in interior design, architecture or construction would be hugely beneficial as you will be completely absorbed into this world as part of the job. It is a huge learning opportunity, so if you are like an information sponge, you will learn huge amounts very quickly!
You will attend all design meetings where you will take meeting minutes, you will deal with design correspondence, create mood boards, deal with site administration, but beyond that, you will be listened to and your opinion counts.
You will need a driving license for this position as you will be travelling between sites around the Cotswolds – so living locally to the OX7 region will make life easier.
Salary wise you will be looking at between £22,000 and £24,000 with an opportunity to earn up to 50% bonus. You will be joining a small company who value and reward effort, so you will be looked after very well!
