Digital Content Executive

As the group digital content executive, your role is to drive high-quality leads into the business through the creation of outstanding, varied content across a number of different channels.
You will be working as part of a small in-house marketing team, working closely with the group marketing manager, senior graphic designer and marketing executive. The group is in the premium hotel and leisure industry, so your subject matter is not only interesting but absolutely stunning! The group has invested huge amounts in the re-development of their properties over the last 18 months, not only bucking trends but raising standards in their industry.
There are existing brand guidelines in place, but you will use your creative skills to create short-form and long-form posts to create engagement, promote interest and drive bookings from new and existing customers.
Having put together and executed social media strategies is really important – we’re not expecting years and years of experience, but some understanding and exposure to this are important, as this will form a huge part of your day-to-day.

You will be based in the beautiful refurbished Moreton-in-Marsh office, Monday – Friday, office hours – with the opportunity to work from home when appropriate. You will occasionally need to travel to their properties (both in the Midlands) but will be reimbursed for the travel.
Salary wise you are looking at about £28,000 – £30,000, depending on your experience. You will also receive discounts on overnight stays, spa days as well as on food and drink.
