I’m working with a digital recruitment company, who work exclusively with scale-ups and start-ups in the digital and technology space.
They are on the lookout for a 360 recruiter, who is BD focussed and will love the appeal of building and generating new business in an exciting and ever-changing and innovative sector. You’ll also get the opportunity to build your own team out over time here.
Who doesn’t want to save time and money on travelling at the moment? With this being a remote role, you can roll out of bed, straight to your desk in a matter of minutes!
The owners started the business at the very beginning of the pandemic and are still standing and going strong now. During this time they’ve gone from strength to strength, made an acquisition and been nominated for awards along the way too.
There’s major earning potential here, with the average consultant billing £250k last year. So if you already work in the Digital Media, AdTech, SaaS, AR/VR, HealthTech, FinTech or Advertising recruitment markets, and you’ve worked with start-ups and scale ups too, then that would be a huge advantage to any application.
From a financial perspective, you’ll get a salary between £35k – £45k, with a commission scheme of up to 20% and work completely remotely. In terms of team socials, they regularly meet up to visit Michelin star restaurants amongst other things.
