Job posted: 16/03/2021
There are very few companies that are genuinely synonymous with top performance, innovation and quality. I am working with one. Anyone who has used their product will know they are an absolute joy to use.
We are working with a company on an Ecommerce Executive position, to come in and work closely with the head of D2C on the overall execution of e-commerce strategy.
It is rare that large, corporate companies retain the family-owned feel, but mutual appreciation and trust are extremely high on the list of values here. They know the importance of treating employees right and allowing them to flourish.
You will be supporting the digital marketing and e-commerce teams, by providing customers with the right information and incentives to shop directly on the website.
This is going to include managing all the copy and content on the website and keeping it best in class. You will also work closely with internal and external partners to strategise and execute digital spend, so paid search/social experience would be extremely useful.
You will need to have an analytical mind you will be looking and sales and margin performance, spotting trends and acting on market knowledge to improve overall performance and really drive sales.
Salary wise you’re looking at £25,000 to £30.000 depending on your experience. On top of this you are also eligible for the annual bonus profit share scheme as well as a SMART objective personal-based bonus. There are plenty of other corporate perks as well, which would take too long to list here! The department is currently working remotely at the moment, but intends to come back to the office when restrictions allow so. You will need to live within a commutable distance to Banbury, Oxfordshire.
