Imagine being in a position to help people every day who want to ensure that their loved ones have peace of mind when it comes to their estate.
This is a brand-new role in a growing business, so you’ll relish such a challenge and have the desire to take ownership here.
You will be involved in setting up and maintaining an estate planning service for the existing client base, along with following up and pursuing new leads.
What about the requirements?
Well, you’ll have a strong background in the legal sector and ideally have a relevant qualification. You will also have proven skills in will writing and estate planning. If you’ve got practical experience in probate as well, that would be even better.
This gets said quite a lot, but you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator. You’ll be taking initial instructions and answering queries from clients via telephone, email, video link and face to face, so your soft skills will have to be first-class.
You’ll also be drafting bespoke wills, producing lasting powers of attorney & trust documents and undertaking legal research, so your attention to detail must be ultra-sharp.
What’s in it for you?
Well for starters a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 DOE. You’ll be joining a growing company who support their employee‘s ambitions to obtain extra qualifications and training.
This is a flexible home-based role with the need to occasionally travel the office in North Oxfordshire and to client meetings. You will need a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
