Executive Headhunter

Headlines: Up to £60k, 4.5 day week, Up to 20% commission and quarterly bonus scheme

I’m working with a very well established Executive Headhunting firm who specialise in Aviation, FinTech and Textiles throughout Europe and the Middle East.

They are looking for Headhunters to join them in their Huddersfield office, as they look to grow their team in the coming months.

You’ll be someone who is used to a 360 Recruitment role where you’ve won your own clients and you’ll also be someone that has shown longevity in previous roles too.

If you come from an Engineering or Manufacturing recruitment background, this will be hugely advantageous to any application, however this is not essential.

You’ll be treated like the adult you are here, with no micromanagement and just being allowed to get on with what you do best! Each Headhunter has a researcher here, so you’ll have help to get the results you know you are capable of.

The owners genuinely listen to the opinion of their team and make strategic changes accordingly, which is where the 4.5 day week originated from, amongst other great benefits here.

From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of up to £60,000, work a 4.5 day week with a commission scheme of up to 20%, and a quarterly bonus scheme on top of this too. Also, most people do a 4 day week here, working from home on a Friday.
