What you’ll do:

  • To deliver all treatments in line with brand guidelines and expectations
  • Responsible for selling the brands’ unique offerings and homecare products
  • Proactively be aware of the power of body language, rapport building, mirroring and matching behaviours
  • Having the confidence to overcome selling challenges & ability to create retail theatre to attract and entice customers
  • Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every point of the customer journey
  • Responsible for meeting retail and service targets
  • Ensuring work stations are clean, presentable and well stocked
  • To have a strong focus on maximising retail potential and client retention
  • Building and constantly updating your own knowledge on skincare, products and treatments
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to in relation to the sterilisation and storage of all equipment

What you’ll bring:

  • NVQ3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
  • Hands on experience with customers
  • Flexible and considerate
  • Experience working within beauty, retail and spa
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Bubbly and energetic attitude, you’ll be on your feet between 6-8 hours a day and need the same energy from start to finish
  • The ability to juggle and stay calm when under pressure

What you’ll get:

  • £21,000-£23,000 basic DOE
  • Commission scheme (OTE £25,000-£28,000)
  • Full uniform provided
  • Extensive training and induction
