Field Application Engineer Railway Digital Communications

You‘ll play an integral part in the manufacture of new products based on bespoke customer requirements. This is a collaborative role, where you will work alongside engineers and other professionals to deliver the best possible service to a varied client base.
You‘ll need to have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with a focus on digital communications. You‘ll also have a profound knowledge of engineering methods, including product design and problem solving.
You‘ll will have a strong background in an engineering environment, ideally in the transportation industry. If you have familiarity with international rail standards and specifications this would be very beneficial. Experience in using SAP/PDM will also be advantageous.
The salary is on at up to £45,000 to £50,000 with a great package attached including; personal pension scheme, Healthshield policy and company bonus. There will be the need to occasionally travel abroad for this position.
