Finance Manager

My client is fast-growing, with a passion for creating immersive games to enable blue chip companies to help their employees understand all elements of their business, and they are now looking for a Finance Manager to join their team and lead the finance function.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be handling financial tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and cash collection, along with maintaining accurate financial records. You will also play a supporting role in the preparation of financial reports, and be expected to assist in other areas of administration and office management when required. This isn’t a sit-behind-your-desk type of role, you’ll need to be outgoing, confident, and ready to get stuck in to help the company grow.

From an experience perspective, my client would be happy to look at those have just completed their AAT and are looking for their first role, as well as those looking for their next move. This is the chance to join a forward-thinking company that is expanding rapidly. Their values shape everything that they do, with a key focus on exceeding client expectations. You’ll be super-ambitious, a self-starter and have the confidence to lead the finance function. An outstanding communicator, organiser and true team player. A solid grasp of Quickbooks will also be required.

From a salary perspective, you’ll be looking at £25,000 – £32,000 DOE. During probationary period, you’ll be office based for 2/3 days a week, with 22 days holiday. Once passed, you’ll be eligible for unlimited holiday, share options, bonus schemes, and a personal development budget. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a dynamic, hard-working team, pushing the boundaries of employee development.
