Fintech Recruiter- US market

Are you a Fintech recruiter looking to join a tech company who set you up to succeed and provide an excellent environment to bring the best out of you.

We are working with a client whose office is just north of London. They work with great clients across Europe, providing a full range of tech roles on a contract basis. There is no shortage of roles for you to get your teeth stuck into straight away- so a great early chance to get commission.

You will thrive working in a fast-paced role, carrying out searches for multiple roles a day. You will be confident on the phone, screening candidates and making sure that they will fit in with the client’s needs.

You’ll have at least 18 months of 360 recruitment experience,  ideally in Fintech and good working knowledge of the tech market, if you have worked across the US  market that will be a massive bonus as well.

You will need to live a commutable distance to Borehamwood as you will be office based. They are very proud of the culture they have created of everyone learning off each other.

From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £40,000 DOE, with excellent commission structures too. There are plenty of other great perks as well, including abroad trips, a great holiday allowance and a shut office between Christmas and New Year.
