Graduate Trainee Advisor

If you’ve just graduated and looking to step into the financial services sector this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What are the requirements?
Well, you’ll be a graduate and need some previous office experience, ideally within the financial services industry. You’ll have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have a client focused attitude.
It would also be extremely beneficial if you have a good understanding of industry regulations and guidelines, such as GDPR and TCF.
So, what will you be doing?
The primary function of this role is to initially join the Administration Team, undertaking all tasks outlined in the Financial Services Administrator job spec, you will continue training within this role until you achieve the Analyst status with the end goal to become an Advisor always in focus
During the training period, you will attend Client meetings with our existing Advisors, providing administrative support and building your knowledge and skill base. You will be required to take relevant exams to ensure your success in meeting the end goal.
The salary is on at £22,000 to £25,000. Additionally, there is a competitive benefits package, generous pension contribution and flexible working hours.
