Working in the hospitality industry in 2020 has been tough, really tough. But as an experienced Head Chef looking for their next opportunity, I have a role you can get excited about!
The property is based south of Oxford, in a beautiful, affluent village. As premium food gastro pub, it pleases both locals and customers who travel from further afield.
Running kitchens like this won’t be anything new to you, though…
Working as a Head Chef/Senior Sous at the moment, you will have a passion for working with local suppliers and creating menus which get people really excited!
You’ll know that no two days are the same in this industry, nor can you predict how something will go (especially in 2020!), so being adaptable and level headed is very important!
Within the group there is a huge focus on ‘wowing’ customers, so you will be proud of every dish that goes out and will be lead your brigade by example.
You’ll be on £30,000 to £35,000 depending on your experience and will be eligible for overtime, bonuses on profit as well as tronc.
This position will start in Feb 2021.
