We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join a long-term partner of ours! They are in the FMCG sector, with a world-class manufacturing facility based in North Oxfordshire.

It’s not often you can call a client a market leader and it is not disputed – but these folks genuinely are. Their products are wide-ranging and I’d bet pretty good money you have consumed a product of theirs in the last couple of days.

As an experienced HR Business Partner, from an FMCG background, you will have a pretty good idea of what this role entails.

You will resolve complex employee relations issues and support and advise managers on HR-related issues & policies, and partner with key functional leads and stakeholders to provide day-to-day HR and ER support and advice.

There is going to be an opportunity for you to develop, review and improve current policies and procedures within the wider HR Team.

Most importantly, you’re going to be a trusted partner, able to offer coaching and talent succession support to your HOD’s and senior management teams.

This is a long-term partner of ours and they offer (and encourage) career acceleration through exposure to different departments. They have one of the lowest attrition rates of all the clients we work with, so can vouch for it being a great place to work! On top of this, they give 50% of their annual profits to charity, so put their money where their mouth is when it comes to giving back!

This is a hybrid role, with 3 or 4 days a week spent on site, and the other days from home. It would make sense for you to live in a commutable distance to Banbury!

From a package perspective, you are looking at a base salary of between £45,000 and £50,000. You are eligible for 26 days of holiday bank holidays as well as many other corporate benefits.
