Are you a HR professional who thrives on being the main point of contact in busy department? Able to juggle multiple things at once whilst being employee-facing in a busy (and growing warehouse)?
We are looking for an HR Executive to join a hugely exciting company, who are experiencing incredible growth.
You will coordinate the entire employee life cycle and support the operations team ‘on the ground’ in a lovely warehouse! You are there to continually improve the employee experience and seek to continuously improve the HR process in the warehouse – so a hugely important role.
You’ll be the main point of HR contact for their warehouse staff (circa 60) so you will need to be confident and comfortable in front of senior operations managers. You will have your finger on the pulse of the engagement in the warehouse and will work to boost morale and encourage loyalty
Having a CIPD level qualification (min level 3) would be really helpful, but this company will encourage and financially support professional development for you. You will need to have knowledge and experience of employment law, ideally in a warehouse environment.
This family business started 12 years ago and have ambitions of it becoming one of the biggest retailers in the UK. With a headcount growth of 50 to 200 people in just 3 years, they’re well on their way. This includes 40 people in the last 6 months alone!
They’re already working with a number of the biggest retailers – including John Lewis, Debenhams, smaller boutique stores, and lots of others across Europe – so the standards in everything they do is very high.
You’ll need to be able to work in the offices based in Banbury. As you will be the main point of contact, you will be on site. There is a bit of flexibility on the start/finish times, but the hours are predominantly between 9am and 5pm. You can occasionally work from home to do admin, but the majority of your time will be spent on site.
You get a salary of up to £25,000 – £30,000 which you may end up spending a chunk on the companies’ products thanks to their hefty staff discount.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
