Data Analyst (Apprenticeship)

Location Brackley
Salary £23,000 - £25,000
Industry Business Support
Date posted 12/09/2022
Contract type Full Time

Fancy a data analysis apprenticeship, which is 100% online so no need to physically visit college?

We are working with one of the UK’s largest food production companies that are looking to bring on a HR Systems Co-Ordinator to their rapidly growing HR function.

This role will involve a combination of data analysis, project management and system support; and we are looking for someone who has a background in at least one of these fields, so this will be one of the first things I look for in any application.

The apprenticeship will be a 21 month programme, which you’ll be able to do in working hours; it will consist of 5 modules and you will have one live online lesson every week, lasting between 1-3 hours.

As this role sits within the HR part of the business, you will be handling sensitive data, getting involved in projects involving payroll, company benefits, expenses and alignment projects when the company acquires new businesses, which is does quite regularly. It is important to point out that this is not a pure HR role, it is more of a data analysis role, but you will be dealing with HR systems and information.

It goes without saying, that you’ll be a dab hand at Excel and have experience working with multiple systems at the same time, as these are key skills you’ll need here.

You’ll get a salary of £23,000 – £25,000 and working in the recently refurbished offices in Brackley, Northamptonshire. So being within a commutable distance of this site is a must.

We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Dan Beecher on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.
