As an IT Technician you’ll be playing an integral part in the smooth running of a well-established and respected practice in the finance sector.
So, what are the requirements?
Well, you’ll need experience using ITIL based service management tools for ticket management and be familiar with virtualisation technologies and concepts, including VMware. You’ll also be well-versed in troubleshooting for common hardware and software issues, have knowledge in supporting Windows server 2012R2 and above, and have experience with Office 365 management for users and emails.
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you also have a background in supporting MS SQL Server and Mobile OS, such as iPhone and Android.
Enough about the requirements though, what’s in it for you?
The salary is on at up to £23,000 depending on experience.
