As part of a small and nimble admin team, you’ll have experience in administering both import and export business. You’ll enjoy the fast-paced nature that comes with working for a successful manufacturer/retailer. You’ll have a broad skillset and will thrive on getting the job done speedily, efficiently; all the while maintaining crucial accuracy.
You’ll communicate effectively, liaising effortlessly with other internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service is maintained and that the company’s product keeps moving! Use of the phone is vital in this role, and an excellent manner will be essential, along with the knowledge to keep the all-important ERP systems up to date.
You’ll be experienced in dealing with international suppliers and have a working knowledge of import processes, overseeing logistics, arranging inbound transport and freight forwarding effectively, predicting and avoiding problems before they happen, and reacting to unforeseen hold-ups appropriately.

This role will pay c£22,000 (DOE) in exchange for a 35 hour working week.
