Do you know your dovetail from your tongue-and-groove? Just as happy with a plasterer’s trowel in your hand as you are a plainer, brush or drill?
If you’re a tradesman seeking the security that comes from a permanent contract, if you’re ideally from a carpentry/plastering background but can provide a skilled approach to most areas of domestic improvement, then read on…
We’ve partnered with a successful Facilities Management company who seek an additional multi-skilled tradesman to assist the existing workforce in maintaining a portfolio of properties in the Cherwell Valley and parts of Buckinghamshire.
You’ll benefit from being on the permanent payroll of one of the Midland’s foremost FM contractors, meaning you’ll never have to worry where your next job is coming from again. What’s more, our partner works with high-end estate agents on contracts that will find you working in some pretty fancy places of residence, predominantly in rural settings.
Quality of workmanship and high personal standards on the job are paramount, for this reason.
You’ll already have experience within a specialised trade and knowledge of additional trades as the properties our partner work in can require more than one particular skill set to complete.
If this sounds like you, then our partner is offering the following in return for your expertise you will get £14.00 /hour – (which is equivalent to c.£28,500 year) with loads of overtime potential. A permanent, full-time contract. Use of a vehicle for all business requirements. Ongoing training and career development.
Let’s have a chat about this one. You can call (my number is on the OX Seven website), add me on LinkedIn – Matt Naish, or you can send over a CV to email@example.com if you have one to hand. We understand not everyone does, so we can talk either way.
Every applicant will receive a response.
