Are you a maintenance manager with pool plant experience? With over 100 rooms, a considerable spa and multiple restaurants this is a property to be desired. The hospitality group has invested upwards of £15m into their properties in the last 18 months – they are stunning!
Your role is responsible for the overseeing and maintaining the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the property. As there are hot tubs, swimming pools and detox areas there will be plant rooms which you will be responsible for.
You will have probably guessed by now, experience working as a maintenance manager is an absolute prerequisite for this role, as is experience with Stranco and Seko water management. If you haven’t worked with this system before unfortunately you will not be suitable for the role.
You will be the health and safety lead for the site, so knowledge of safe handling of chemicals, C.O.S.H.H are all important. You will be in charge of the maintenance team so managing and recruiting maintenance staff will fall under your remit, whilst ensuring they stay motivated.
