OX Seven: Marketing Manager

Our partner are the leading voice and technology brand in their field, working with the world’s biggest retailers they’ve made massive moves already – you’ll have seen their equipment when you’re out shopping.

With huge plans for the next year, they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to come on board and grow alongside them in their modern Cotswold office. Currently at a headcount around 30, they plan on tripling this by 2020. The last 18 months for them have seen unbelievable growth, so now they’re looking to cement their position and expand into Europe, Australasia and North America.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop marketing strategy in line with business objectives
  • Build out the marketing department, developing processes and defining metrics that can improve overall performance
  • Managing the marketing budget to achieve the best return on investment for the business
  • Manage, audit and implement the company rebrand
  • Plan the strategy for industry leading exhibitions, design and implement the stand
  • Rebuild the company website
  • Manage the execution, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with external marketing partners
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Build, lead and develop your marketing team

The Marketing Manager will lead the global marketing efforts. Focussing primarily on the UK market in the first year, you will implement communication strategies and tactics across key audiences, devise and deliver fully integrated marketing plans to drive sales growth and generate leads for a hands-on, fast-paced company in the heart of the Cotswolds.

What you’ll bring:

  • An excellent track record and skilled at B2B marketing
  • Relevant and demonstrable marketing experience showing tangible results – you’ll know your numbers and have them ready to impress
  • Marketing related degree/professional qualification or certification
  • Knowledge of Hubspot software and inbound marketing methodologies
  • A passion and enthusiasm for data-driven marketing
  • Strong organisational and communication skills – the ability to juggle multiple tasks is a must
  • International marketing experience is desirable but not essential – be sure to emphasise this if you’ve got it

What you’ll get:

  • Full time, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours
  • £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
