You’ll be getting involved in a range of sectors including health, science, engineering and social care – a nice variety to keep you busy. Yes, the work will be challenging and diverse, but it just means your projects will never get boring and you won’t be stagnant on the same work, day after day.

You must have experience in and object-oriented software development with languages like C#, Java or C++. You will also need working knowledge of database design and programming with systems like Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.

A background in the following would be extremely beneficial; JavaScript and client-side web app frameworks such as React, Net – MVC, Web API, Web Forms/Pages, mobile app development – web, iOS and Android, HTML and CSS with a good understanding of front-end, Agile practices such as SCRUM or Kanban.

Enough about the requirements though – what’s in it for you?

You’ll be on £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience. 25 days holiday (and your bank holidays), plus the option to buy 10 more. Not enough time off? You can take a 4-week sabbatical every 5 years too.
