We are looking for a Midweight UX Designer to join a company who are at the forefront of turning cutting edge ideas into reality! They are based in central Oxford, with fantastic transport links. There is a mixture of home and remote based working – so if you can get to Oxford train station, you could potentially live a reasonable distance away.
You’re going to spend your days preparing, running and analysing user research through interviews and usability testing. This is going to involve leading discovery workshops, so having experience doing this is going to be hugely beneficial. On top of this, you will be creating wireframes and clickable prototypes (of websites and mobile apps), preparing UX reviews and Heuristic evaluations.
This is a role which will allow you to work autonomously, but within a supportive environment. This company want to create the right conditions to enable to be the best you can be!
We’re going to be looking for experience within an agency, design studio or product environment, knowledge of UCD design techniques (and understanding when and where to apply them), experience with Figma, Abode XD or Sketch.
Enough about the requirements though – what’s in it for you?
You’ll be on £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. You will get 25 days holiday (and your bank holidays), plus the option to buy 10 more.
