Variety is the spice of life and you’ll find variety in abundance with this role. You’ll also find spice on the client’s products.
You’re going to be multi-skilled as the title suggests, primarily covering mechanical and electrical maintenance, but also pneumatics. You’ll be an all-rounder with fault finding skills that are second to none. Most importantly though you will have a willingness to learn, everyday will be a school day.
If you’ve got experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment – that’s great! Got a recognised engineering qualification and time served apprenticeship? Even better.
Our partner encourages progression with personal development plans and career pathways. You also get your own tool kit with this position. They’re also extremely proud of their company culture and values so they’ll be looking for candidates who reflect these. Last and by no means least you’ll be a team player who’ll support colleagues whenever required.
What else is in it for you?
Everyone needs some time off so 31 days pro-rated holiday will see to that. Add to this 5% pension contribution and group life assurance of salary x2 then you’ve got a decent package there.
Let’s have a chat about it. Send me a connection invite and a message on LinkedIn (Adam Williams), or you can send me your CV through the job board. If you’re a talker, my number is on the OX Seven website.
