So, what will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for the operations at two academy schools within close proximity to one another. Principally managing the financial, premises, personnel and administrative functions.
A major aspect will be to embed and blend the trust’s systems, processes and protocols in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
What about the requirements?
You will ideally have worked in a school, or other educational facility, at a senior level and have a relevant qualification in school business management, accountancy or business administration.
There are a few other fundamentals that should go without saying, but we’ll mention them anyway. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong desire to continue to grow and learn. Your ability to work with a wider team, including teachers, and share in their ethos is an absolute must.
