We’re looking for an Operations Support Manager to join their team in a newly created role.

As the Ops Support manager, you’ll report directly to the COO and will be responsible for a team of 7 administrators, covering c15 geographical regions in the UK. Each region has a regional manager that you will work very closely with on all thing’s compliance, KPI’s, Fleets, Recruitment, training, right to works and general administration.

We’re looking for someone who is an accomplished people manager and is capable of having those firm, but fair conversations. You’ll probably be more of a bigger picture person and take that approach to running your department.

The regional managers you will be supporting will be extremely busy and customer facing, so administration tasks can sometimes be difficult for them to complete – it’s down to you to support and educate them on the importance of meeting the KPI’s and ensuring compliance is 100% at all times.

This position is based in the company’s Wallingford office full time, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply. Most of the interactions with regional managers is going to be via zoom (again, an example of trying to reduce carbon footprint and making unnecessary journeys).

The basic salary for the Operations Support Manager role is between £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on your experience. On top of this you will receive 25 days + Bank holidays, as well as private healthcare.
