PA to Directors
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Job posted: 06/09/2019
Type: Full Time
What’s being organised to you?
Having all your ducks in a row is satisfying. The thought of things being up in the air is probably one which gives you a funny feeling in your chest.
You always know what’s what and where things are. You probably even know what you’re having for dinner a week on Wednesday. That’s how organised you are.
If you just want to manage someone’s work diary and take a few meeting minutes, this isn’t the one for you. Don’t get me wrong, of course these are aspects which will build your day to day, but this one is more than that.
Experience in plate spinning will be a huge advantage as you’ll field calls, manage social media profiles of the directors, organise events, prepare and proofread presentations. It’s one of those where you just expect the unexpected.
You’ll be someone that naturally finds the simple solution. You won’t do fluff. Clear and concise is easier. There’s a simple solution to most things, and this just comes with planning and managing.
Every company says they have a relaxed environment, but you won’t find any bean bag chairs or foosball tables here. What you will get is a grown-up atmosphere with a monthly team outing to the pub (on the company, of course) to unwind and enjoy each other’s company outside of the office.
You’ll get £25k – £27k, a good amount of ‘you’ time with the 25 holiday days on top of your 8 bank holidays and a 37.5 hour week to make sure you’re home on time to enjoy your evenings.
Let’s have a chat about it. You can send me a connection and a message on LinkedIn (hover over the picture of my face and the link will appear), or you can send me your CV through the portal. If you’re a talker, my number is to the right.
