How sharp is your eye for detail?
In your profession, it’s so important, so yours will be on point.
You will be working as a personal assistant to a very busy headmistress of a private school in the idyllic Cotswolds. The school has impeccably high standards all round and you will play a pivotal part in the up keep of these.
You are going to need to have PA experience in an education setting to be considered for this role. There are a lot of nuances that come from working in this kind of environment, so this would not suit someone who has never done this before (sorry!).
The role covers a very wide range of responsibilities, but some key ones are: Diary management, the gatekeeper for the headmistresses, managing e-mails, letter writing, travel arrangements, visitor management, meeting arrangement, and coordination. This is an exhaustive list, but as you have worked in this environment before, it will be nothing new to you.
You will also be involved in the HR process, working closely with the Office Administrator on things like onboarding, DBS checking, and sending all paperwork out.
We’re looking for someone who is extremely professional and who can always represent one of the top schools in the country in an impeccable manner. You will take huge pride in working here, it’s honestly an incredible school, with a fantastic reputation.
The salary you’ll be looking at £25,000 – £31,000 depending on your level of experience. The role is 5 days a week, term-based, at an office at the school. There may be occasional requirements for you to do additional weeks in the holidays, but this will be communicated to you.
If you are interested or want to know more (including seeing the full client job brief), send me a message, DM, call me – whatever is easiest. Having an up-to-date CV to hand is ideal, but if you haven’t got one immediately, we can still chat through the position, and you can learn more.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there is no gender bias in our adverts.
